Email content your clients want to receive

0

Whether you already have an email marketing strategy in place or you’re planning to develop one, you know that emails are effective channels to sell products. But as a marketer, you know that only creative and engaging emails could enable your brand to build a relationship with the public and grow revenue.

What strategy should you choose? Should you nurture subscribers with periodic newsletters? Should you send dedicated emails? What kind of content do subscribers digest better?

We’ve put together the most popular types of email content to help you develop a strong email strategy. The internet is swarming with suggestions, but not all effective. So, make sure you understand what kind of content your subscribers expect to receive from you before sending any email.

Welcome emails

The welcome email is one of the most popular types of promotional content brands produce to retain clients. Sending welcome emails is common because they have a high open and engagement rate. People are excited when they first get in touch with a brand and are enthusiastic about receiving any kind of content from it. Your new subscribers expect to receive this type of email in their inbox after registering for your newsletter or making their first purchase. Exceed your clients’ expectations by sending a memorable welcome email.

Here are some questions to ask yourself before creating welcome emails.

– Do I send welcome emails based on how my clients sign up for a subscription program?

– When my clients buy a product, what are they interested in seeing next?

– How can I send them relevant suggestions?

– Do I provide high-quality content?

– Are my welcome emails focused too much on my brand? Can I shift the focus to providing more valuable information to my clients?

Promotional emails

The formal of promotional content is evolving as the public is leerier of this kind of email content. The digital world grows in available information and technology, and people are more aware when brands send overly promotional emails. So, it would help if you offered a mix of promotions and valuable and engaging content.

The best way to accomplish this goal is to add high-quality content besides the promotions the email includes; your promotional emails should no longer focus on the products you want to sell but on the call to action. Beneath the product offer, add free content and end the email with an eye-grabbing call to action.

Before sending your next promotional email, evaluate it from an objective point of view and try to identify overly promotional content. If you spot this kind of content in your emails, cut it out to give the subscribers an on-ramp to test the waters without pulling the trigger on buying products. If you send PDF files in your emails, you can use an online pdf page remover to eliminate the overly promotional content and provide your clients with information that gives you the opportunity to convert them later on.

Blogs, guides, or another type of content marketing

Use email marketing to draw attention to the awesome content you produce in other online environments. More and more companies send emails called blog solos that highlight articles, guides, or other types of blogs. Your subscribers don’t want to spend their entire day scrolling through your blog to identify the blog that could provide them with the information they’re looking for. They prefer to receive curated and relevant content in an accessible way, like via email. So, you should send them emails that offer them a glimpse of a blog post or guide and end the email with a call to action that encourages them to read the post on your website. Don’t forget to attach the link.

Rewards and loyalty

You can express your appreciation for your clients’ loyalty in several ways, especially if you implement automation to boost your email marketing strategy. Sending rewards based on your customers’ purchases is an effective retention method. When a client hits an established tiered level of loyalty, you can email them to express your gratitude.

You can also send loyalty emails based on the products or parts of the service your clients use.

Product update

Creating a product email is tricky if you lack email marketing knowledge. People rarely receive this kind of email, but it doesn’t mean they’re less effective than the previous examples. The key to creating a compelling product update email is to keep it simple and straightforward.

You can send weekly or monthly emails to keep your clients updated on how their favorite product or service performs. No matter how loyal a customer is, they still need time to learn all the product features, and your emails can provide them with valuable information.

However, it would help if you didn’t inundate your clients’ inbox with hundreds of emails about each individual service update but send roundup emails periodically. The updates should contain a clear headline to announce the subject of the email, a brief description, and an image that showcases the new features.

Event invitation

You can use your emails to promote upcoming events your company hosts. However, if you want to invite your clients to an event via email, you need to ensure the content tells why the event is worth their participation.

Use visuals in your email to draw attention and picture the event in an alluring light. If you want to attract registrants, limit the written content and use more visuals to show why your event is spectacular.

You can send event invitation emails to your entire list of contacts or to dedicated subscribers as a form of reward. In fact, it’s quite clever to send a dedicated email to just a small group of people to alert them of an event specially planned for them.

Wrap up

Your content can make the difference between opened and sent to draft emails. As you already know, people decide whether to read or delete an email solely from its subject, so make sure you tell them what content they should expect to find when they open it.

A guide to making a successful claim against a hospital

0

There are many beloved institutions all over the world where people go to treat their injuries and other medical conditions. The NHS, for example, is the National Health Service in the UK. where doctors, nurses, and other medical specialists work diligently, under immense stress, to serve the public.

While most practitioners from across the world do a great job in maintaining people healthy, mistakes might occur from time to time in massive organisations. If medical negligence happens to a patient, they’ve the right to claim compensation against the health institution.

If you’ve been injured, misdiagnosed, or had a pre-existing medical condition that became worse due to a doctor who breached their duty of care, consider yourself “lucky”. You’re eligible to make a claim! But to make it successful, you need a medical negligence lawyer that could advise and represent you in your claim.

If you’ve got genuine reasons to make a compensation claim, connect to a specialist from Medical Negligence Assist to handle your claim.

How to make a claim against a hospital?

As mentioned, healthcare specialists and medical professionals who work in a hospital have the duty of care to offer safe and proper treatment for a wide variety of medical conditions that people might have. If they fail to do so, and you end up suffering injury because of their negligence, you shouldn’t wait and suffer – take immediate action. No one should ever be hurt or feel wrong to fight for their rights.

In the following section, we will define medical negligence and how to make a claim against a hospital or a GP. When is a patient eligible to make a medical negligence claim? This includes a medical negligence claim calculator, the value of the claim, and also will explain the paybacks of creating a No Win No Fee compensation claim.

When could you claim compensation?

When Could You be Eligible to Make a Claim Against a GP, dentist, hospital, and so on? To be eligible to claim against a medical practitioner, you must follow the criteria:

  • You must prove that you were owed a duty of care by the medical practitioner or the hospital where you have received treatment.
  • Show proof that you were a hospital patient, optician, dentist, or any other medical service where you experienced medical negligence.
  • Prove that the medical specialist did a negligent action towards you, leading to a break of duty.
  • Proving that this breach of duty has caused you harm, including an illness, injury, or worsening a pre-existing medical condition. Sometimes, an injury may happen not to be as severe until medical negligence takes place.

A medical negligence lawyer will collect evidence, prove your innocence, and support making a successful claim against medical negligence. Medical negligence is defined as not meeting the required standards of the doctor.

Were you owed a duty of care by the hospital?

If you were a patient of a particular hospital, you were owed a duty of care. With the duty of care, some rights are given to patients, including the right to a doctor, hospitalisation (if needed) and receiving treatment, and the right to give your consent for any examination or medical treatment your GP believes you need. These are just some examples of patients medical rights in the UK. More rights might be codified in your country’s medical constitution. A medical negligence lawyer will help you make a claim against the doctor or medical institution that harm you.

How to show that a doctor, dentist, or medical institution was at fault?

To make a successful claim against a medical practitioner or a medical institution, you must prove that you were harmed by the careless actions of a doctor, nurse, dentist, etc. What evidence you need to bring to your lawyer is mentioned above. In some cases, the medical specialist may not be at fault for the errors. For example, errors like a doctor being given the wrong notes for a patient or a wrong x-ray can lead them to make mistakes. When making a medical claim, your lawyer might start an investigation to support the evidence that a doctor, nurse, dentist, or hospital is at fault.

How to claim against a hospital successfully?

Suppose you seriously consider making a claim against a hospital or a clinical group for negligence. In that case, you need an experienced and knowledgeable personal injury attorney to handle your claim correctly. They’re the only ones qualified to determine how much compensation you deserve, as they will do their best to ensure they win the maximum amount of payment. To find the best personal injury lawyer to manage your claim, call a reliable medical negligence law firm in your area for your claims against the medical consultation.

People go to hospital emergency departments to receive urgent care for their injuries and treatment. If you’ve been injured, or your existing medical condition is worse because of the medical negligence of a doctor, you can get compensation. All you need to do is start making a claim now.

How long do you have until you can make a claim?

In the UK, for example, there’s a three tears time limit to make a medical negligence claim. It means that you have three years since the day you experienced medical carelessness or the day you realised that you’d been harmed. Call a personal injury lawyer to start work on your case to ensure you don’t exceed the limit of making a medical negligence claim.

If you make a successful claim against the hospital for negligence, your compensation settlement can be given to you in general damages or special damages. The general damages set ensures you’re compensated for the suffering and pain and loss of amenity you’ve experienced due to your injuries, while the special damages are going to cover any expenses you’ve experienced or may have in the future.

Boing 737 trampoline lands successfully at Heathrow

0

A trampoline pilot was praised today for landing safely at Heathrow Airport in near-hurricane force winds.

Lorraine Fisher, 34, was flying the Boing 737 from Suffolk to London as Storm Eunice caused havoc across the country.

But as airline pilots struggled in the conditions, with many having to “go around” to try again, Ms Fisher skillfully landed on the runway.

Onlookers applauded wildly as the trampoline landed remarkably straight despite horrendous crosswinds.

Other trampolines were not quite so lucky, ending up in trees and train tracks.

A spokesperson for the Boing Pilots Association said: “It was a masterclass in piloting.”

Orwell Bridge damaged by Storm Eunice high winds

0
Repair work has already started on the Orwell Bridge

The Orwell Bridge suffered some slight damage as Storm Eunice swept through Suffolk.

Each end of the bridge fell away into the River Orwell, leaving just the middle section intact.

Luckily, no-one was injured, although Amazon delivery driver Lorraine Fisher, 34, was stranded in the middle for three hours before being rescued by helicopter.

Engineers say there is nothing to be alarmed about – even though our exclusive photo appears to show serious damage this morning.

They have already erected a crane and expect to lift the fallen sections back into place by tomorrow.

“It’s perfectly safe,” said county highways official Steve Walshe. “This sort of thing happens all the time.

“The sections will be fitted back together and it will be all systems go again.”

Storm Eunice caused issues across much of Britain, with the south-west and south-east put on red alert.

The bridge closure caused some heavy traffic delays as drivers sought alternative routes through Ipswich.

Russian submarine spying on Felixstowe

26

World Exclusive
By Doug Trench, Defence Editor

A Russian submarine has been spotted lurking off the Suffolk coast as Vladimir Putin continues to provoke the west over troubles in the Ukraine.

Defence chiefs fear the menacing sub is spying on Felixstowe as the Russian regime attempts to understand what makes a great British holiday resort so popular.

British spymasters believe Putin is envious of Felixstowe’s international reputation as a summer millionaire’s playground – and wants to use covert intelligence to help build a copycat resort back home on the Black Sea.

But officials warned the submarine has technically “invaded” Britain after entering UK waters uninvited – and added an accidental collision with one of the huge container ships from Felixstowe Port was a very real danger, sparking a major international incident.

A Ministry of Defence insider told the Suffolk Gazette: “Since we mothballed our fleet of submarine-hunting Nimrod aircraft, Putin has been sending his vessels into our waters in increasing numbers, knowing we can not pick them up.

“It’s a dangerous game of chess as he goads us over our opposition to his aggressive expansionist policies in the Ukraine region.”

The submarine, believed to be a third-generation ballistic-missile-capable Austin Maestro class, was first spotted by visitors sitting in Felixstowe at the Felixstowe Port viewing area.

They saw a mysterious periscope appearing from the waves about two miles offshore, rotating backwards and forwards by 45 degrees as if surveying the Felixstowe coastline.

One tourist, Lorraine Fisher, 34, managed to take this exclusive photograph before the submarine dived and glided silently under the waves again.

The Russian submarine caught spying on Felixstowe

Ms Fisher, from Woodbridge, said: “I was in the car with my elderly mother enjoying a cheese sandwich when I spotted the sub. I couldn’t believe it – but I luckily managed to take the photo before it disappeared from view.

“It’s terrifying to think the Russians are getting so close to us and there’s seemingly nothing we can do about it. I’m not surprised Putin wants to understand why Felixstowe is such a popular holiday resort, but I worry that he has positioned a sub in the middle of our very busy shipping lanes.”

The Suffolk Gazette understands that MI5 has now sent undercover agents to the Felixstowe area to begin a counter-espionage operation.

They are believed to be staying in one of the high-class caravan parks near the seafront, and splitting up during the day in order to maximise efforts against the Russians.

One will spend time at the glorious Mannings amusement park, one of the world’s leading leisure facilities that rival Disneyland, while another is stationed on the internationally-renowned crazy golf course on the promenade, a course that attracts the world’s best golfers.

Meanwhile, a third agent will patrol the beautiful pier (the bit still open to the public), while the last is said to be holed up in the resort’s exclusive leisure centre, which is used by Felixstowe residents with beautiful bodies.

“Putin needs to be put in his place,” said an MI5 source hiding behind a newspaper with eye holes cut out. “Felixstowe has worked hard for centuries to earn its reputation as one of the world’s leading leisure destinations. If the Russians think they can just come and steal our secrets, then they have another thing coming.”

5 reasons to invest in quality electric breakers

0

Commercial and industrial infrastructures are prone to several risks related to voltage fluctuations. Despite taking all the safety measures to promptly address all risks, there can be situations where one simply cannot stop a short circuit or a fire breakout.

The only constructive solution is having an electrical device that automatically detects and breaks the circuit whenever there is a current overload or a risk of short-circuiting.

Circuit breakers are one such electronic component that can effectively stop a current overload from damaging any electrical appliance or circuit. Quality electric breakers can detect a current overload in a circuit and automatically cut the power to prevent equipment damage. They are used across various equipment in the industrial, residential, and commercial space. As a useful device, circuit breakers have gone through significant transformations to become a quality investment for most establishments. This article gives you 5 reasons to invest in quality electric breakers for your business establishment.

Circuit breakers: the working mechanism

An electric breaker is a mechanical device that protects an electrical circuit from overcurrent. It contains an electrical switch that stops the excessive flow of electricity. Quality electric breakers are designed to effectively manage various types of currents like capacitive current, fault current, small inductive currents, and load currents.

Every circuit breaker has a safe current limit that acts as the threshold. Whenever any current exceeds the threshold, the circuit breaker breaks the circuit to kill the power. An electric breaker reacts immediately in situations of a sudden power surge; however, there is a slow response if the overcurrent is just around the safe limit.

Circuit breakers provide seamless protection against short circuits and power overloads. The presence of a bimetallic strip inside the circuit breaker detects a power surge, gets heated, and trips. The best part about electric breakers is that they can be reset to their original position once the problem is addressed.

The benefits of a quality electric breaker

Electrical devices can put forward severe risks to your establishment as well as the workforce. A power leakage or an untreated power overload can lead to a fire or expose the workforce to life-threatening electric shocks. A high-quality electric breaker is a necessary investment that can protect your equipment, infrastructure, and employees. Let’s take a quick look at some of the advantages of a high-quality circuit breaker:

  • A poor-quality electric breaker is almost equal to having no circuit breaker. Low-quality conductors cannot react to overcurrent or over burning at the right time and can lead to a short circuit.
  • An establishment with poorly assembled electronic equipment is more susceptible to short circuits and require a high-quality electric breaker to ensure seamless operation. Therefore, investing in high-quality circuit breakers is vital to assure the utmost safety of any electrical installation as well as the occupants in the establishment.
  • The fire-resistant and durable plastic construction of quality electric breakers allow them to withstand huge current overloads without allowing any damage to the connected equipment.
  • The high-quality bimetallic strips can quickly detect even the slightest of power overloads and immediately break the circuit before any further harm is done
  • Quality breakers can last for a long time before needing a replacement. They are designed to be durable even in extreme industrial environments

The best decision for your establishment

Purchasing an electric breaker for your establishment can be overwhelming with the number of options available in the market. You will need to thoroughly assess your electrical installation and opt for a circuit breaker that would configure and operate without any interruptions. To get the best quality breakers, we would recommend you get in touch with a reputed manufacturer and supplier. They would assess your power requirements and suggest a circuit breaker that installs perfectly in your establishment.

Who will cause the biggest upset at the Cheltenham Festival?

0

By now everyone knows that anything can happen at the Cheltenham Festival. One of the biggest days on the horse racing calendar, the magic of the big stage will feel that much greater this year, with spectators back in attendance for the first time since 2020 prior to the coronavirus pandemic.

There was something strange about the eery silence of a race won behind closed doors during last year’s Festival, and their absence is only felt greater when the roar of a boisterous crowd returned to the racetrack halfway through last year.

Cheltenham promises to be a special event with plenty of shocks on the cards. With that in mind, we take a look at some of the horses who could cause a stir when it returns next month.

Royale Pagaille

While he may not have secured victory in the Denman Chase, a good performance at Newbury was certainly a step in the right direction, running well but eventually falling behind winner Eldorado Allen. Despite finishing as a runner up, the Venetia Williams-trained eight-year-old saw his odds change after an unexpected podium place that changes the dynamic of the Gold Cup. Obviously, the likes of A Plus Tard and Galvin are still very much favourites in the horse racing tips, but given the unpredictability of the Festival’s showpiece event, there’s always an outside chance of a shock winner, and Royale Pagaille certainly fits the billing in that department.

Tommy’s Oscar

Ann and Ian Hamilton’s Cheltenham story is always a brilliant one. Tommy’s Oscar is flying the flag for the owners who come into the Festival as outsiders, but with just five horses in their stable, the dream of winning the Champion Hurdle would be one that lives long in the memory. Having recorded four consecutive wins in his last races, including a victory in the Handicap Hurdle where he saw off experienced winners in First Impression and at Haydock against Global Citizen, the seven-year-old is riding the crest of a wave, something that gives him a real chance of snatching a result in a race where a lot of attention will be on Henry de Bromhead’s unbeaten Honeysuckle.

Tornado Flyer

For a trainer as experienced as Willie Mullins, the Cheltenham Festival is always a great chance of adding more accolades to an already impressive legacy. He’ll be relishing the opportunity of seeing his outsider Tornado Flyer, who unexpectedly won the King George VI Chase back on Boxing Day, race again with his nephew Danny aboard as jockey. The big question is can lightning strike twice, and as the Gold Cup approaches a fantastic run at Kempton has left the conversation wide open as to who will be crowned champion.

He already saw off more experienced competition in the form of Clan Des Obeaux and Frodon last time out, and if he can replicate that magic it will make the showpiece event an interesting proposition. Mullins confirmed his entry amongst a plethora of talented Grade One stablemates in his cavalry for Cheltenham. “I image Tornado Flyer will go for the Gold Cup after having done a fantastic trial for it in Kempton,” he said.Al Boum Photo is fit and well. Things just didn’t work out in terms of another race this season but he’s in good shape”
