Hackers expose The Queen’s recent Amazon orders

The Queen of England

By Jane Seymour, Royal Editor

The fascinating contents of The Queen’s Amazon account have been revealed by hackers.

Details of Her Majesty’s online purchases, leaked to the media, including the Suffolk Gazette, make astonishing reading. Since January this year, she has ordered the following off Amazon:

  • 3 x Corgi dog beds
  • 24 x bottles of Glitter Hendricks Gin
  • 1 x Horse Racing Flat Form Book 2020
  • 1 x How to Stop Losing Your Sh*t With Your Kids book
  • 1 x Finding Freedom, the Harry and Meghan biography – RETURNED
  • 1 x cordless mini vacuum cleaner
  • 50 x personalised ballpoint pens
  • 1 x garden golf net
  • 1 x Nigella Lawson How to be a Domestic Goddess book

The Amazon account, under the name ElizabethIIW, is registered to Windsor Castle, and all packages were delivered to the main entrance.

The leak shows Her Majesty pays by a platinum credit card and has an Amazon Prime account for free next day delivery.

Online shopping expert Lorraine Fisher, 34, said: “It’s comforting to know that The Queen is just like the rest of us and orders stuff off Amazon.

“And, like us, sometimes we don’t like something and send it back; it seems Her Majesty did this with the Harry and Meghan book.”

An investigation was under way today to establish how the hackers accessed such a high-profile Amazon account.

An Amazon insider said: “Our accounts are secure and we do not believe this ever happened.”
