DORAL, Fla. — A routine round of golf at Trump National Doral was briefly interrupted Thursday afternoon when a 20-foot American alligator strayed onto the fairway, coming face-to-face with former President Donald Trump.

The incident occurred near a water hazard on the resort’s famed Blue Monster course, an area long known to host native Florida wildlife. Witnesses report that Trump was navigating his white golf cart toward the green when the large reptile emerged from the rough, blocking the vehicle’s path.
